一、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部分：
1、 Engine part:
(1)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，傾聽發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在怠速、中速和高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)有無雜音異響，拆下發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總成
(1) Start the engine, listen to whether there is any noise or abnormal noise when the engine is running at idle speed, medium speed and high speed, and remove the engine assembly
(2)清洗、拆卸發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，清除積炭、油污和結(jié)膠，清理水垢，主油道、油底殼，檢查各機(jī)件的技術(shù)狀況，研磨氣門，檢驗(yàn)氣門彈簧，收校軸承襯瓦，根據(jù)情況更換活塞環(huán)，檢查油封，根據(jù)清況進(jìn)行更換。
(2) Clean and disassemble the engine, remove carbon deposits, oil stains and gums, remove scale, main oil duct and oil pan, check the technical conditions of all parts, grind the valve, check the valve spring, put back and calibrate the bearing liner, replace the piston ring according to the situation, check the oil seal, and replace it according to the situation.
(3)拆檢、清先化油器汽油泵，在試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)和高速使其符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，拆洗空氣濾清器和更換機(jī)油，清洗汽油濾清器及其管道。
(3) Overhaul and clean the carburetor gasoline pump, test on the test bench and make it meet the standard at high speed, dismantle and clean the air filter, replace the engine oil, and clean the gasoline filter and its pipeline.
(4)檢驗(yàn)氣缸蓋，根據(jù)情況更換氣缸蓋襯墊，清進(jìn)進(jìn)、排氣歧管及消聲器并緊、固其螺栓、螺母，檢查并緊固飛輪殼與缸體的螺栓。
(4) Inspect the cylinder head, replace the cylinder head gasket as appropriate, clean the intake and exhaust manifolds and mufflers, tighten and fasten their bolts and nuts, and check and tighten the bolts between the flywheel housing and the cylinder block.
(5)清理機(jī)油粗、細(xì)濾清器更換細(xì)濾芯)，拆栓機(jī)油泵、機(jī)油集濾器裝上油底殼并緊固，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)裝配后，按規(guī)定加注對(duì)號(hào)的新機(jī)漬至規(guī)定高度。
(5) Clean the coarse and fine oil filters and replace them with fine filter elements), remove the oil pump and oil strainer, install the oil pan and tighten it, and after the engine is assembled, fill the engine with new machine stains of the correct number to the specified height.
(6)檢查空氣壓縮機(jī)工作情況及管道密封性，根據(jù)情況進(jìn)行拆修，調(diào)整皮帶公緊度，搟除貯氣筒內(nèi)的油水及污物，檢查刮水器及其氣道。
(6) Check the working condition of the air compressor and the tightness of the pipeline, disassemble and repair it according to the situation, adjust the belt tightness, "remove oil, water and dirt from the air reservoir, and check the wiper and its air passage.".
(7)拆檢水泵，根據(jù)情況更換密封皮碗和墊圈，水泵軸加注潤滑脂，檢查節(jié)溫器疏通水道及分水管。
(7) Disassemble and inspect the water pump, replace the sealing cup and gasket according to the situation, add grease to the water pump shaft, and check the thermostat to dredge the water channel and water distribution pipe.
二、離合器及傳動(dòng)部分：
2、 Clutch and transmission part:
(1)分解、清洗、檢查和調(diào)整離合器(根據(jù)情況更換被動(dòng)盤磨擦片和分離軸承)，高速離合器跳板的自由行程，向跳板軸加注潤滑脂。
(1) Disassemble, clean, check and adjust the clutch (replace the friction plate and release bearing of the driven plate as appropriate), the free stroke of the high-speed clutch springboard, and fill the springboard shaft with grease.
(2)分解、清洗、檢查和調(diào)整變速器根據(jù)情況進(jìn)行修整或列換，按遠(yuǎn)見定加注對(duì)號(hào)的齒輪油至所需高度，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量，檢查并緊固變速器殼與飛輪殼螺栓。
(2) Disassemble, clean, check and adjust the transmission, trim or replace it according to the situation, fill the gear oil with the right number according to the foresight to the required height, run it, check the quality, check and tighten the bolts of the transmission housing and flywheel housing.
(3)拆檢萬向節(jié)，根據(jù)情況進(jìn)行更換，檢查偉動(dòng)軸的彎曲并進(jìn)行校正，檢查傳動(dòng)軸與伸縮套的松曠程度，拆栓中間軸承及支架，加注傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)潤滑脂，檢查并緊固拖車掛鬼及螺母。
(3) Dismantle and check the universal joint, replace it according to the situation, check the bending of the weidong shaft and correct it, check the looseness of the transmission shaft and the expansion sleeve, remove the bolt middle bearing and bracket, add the transmission system grease, check and tighten the trailer hitch and nut.
(4)拆檢、清洗、調(diào)整手制動(dòng)器根據(jù)情況更換制動(dòng)摩擦片)，向制動(dòng)蹄銷加注潤滑脂。
(4) Overhaul, clean and adjust the hand brake, replace the brake friction plate according to the situation), and add lubricating grease to the brake shoe pin.
